ABOUT CLAIRE

Hello I'm Claire and welcome to my world!

I live by the sea in Torquay, Devon with my husband George and our little furbaby Pickle. We met at university, both studying Drama, when we were 18 years old and married in August 2019. 

​

When I'm not working on my couples' scripts or conducting a wedding ceremony, you'll find me in the garden tending to my fruit and veg, renovating our Victorian home, at a Zumba class, socialising with friends, going to the theatre or on a walk on the beach!

I also have a bridal accessories brand, Claire Austin England, which I established in 2011 and is still going strong. I handmade bespoke bridal hair accessories and jewellery from my home studio and ship them to brides all over the world!

I absolutely love being a wedding celebrant. I trained at the Academy of Modern Celebrancy and am passionate about creating fun, memorable and personal scripts. Finding out all about your wedding day plans is my favourite thing to do and I'm pretty much up for anything so please get in touch today and we can plan the ceremony of your dreams!
